Returns Policy
Requesting a return
If you need to return any parts, please email returns@cranepartsuk.com within:

30 days if goods are faulty or damaged
to request a returns authorisation.
All returns must be authorised in advance and issued with a returns number.
Returns received without a valid returns number will not be accepted.
Eligibility for return
Returned goods must be:

In resaleable condition

Returned with original packaging and documentation where applicable
Items showing signs of installation, damage, modification or contamination will not be accepted.
Return costs and responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect parts supplied) or confirmed faulty goods, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring goods are adequately packaged and insured

Original outbound delivery charges, which are non-refundable once incurred
We strongly recommend confirming part numbers, crane model and serial number before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.
Non-returnable items

Faulty or Damaged Goods
