How Order Tracking Works

Your order is picked and dispatched

You receive a dispatch confirmation email

The email contains a tracking link provided by the carrier
You can use this link to view the delivery status directly with the courier.
When Will I Receive Tracking Details?
Tracking information is sent once your order has left our warehouse.
Please note: when you receive the dispatch email, tracking may not update immediately.
Tracking will update once the parcel(s) are scanned into the receiving depot or hub, which can result in a short delay.
If your order contains:

Multiple items, or
-
Items shipping from different locations
You may receive more than one dispatch email, each with its own tracking link.
DPD Deliveries
Orders sent via DPD will also receive:

A timed delivery slot

Delivery updates via SMS or email, provided contact details are supplied at checkout
These notifications are sent directly by DPD.
